Specially designed pull switch assemblies that allow
plant personnel to signal for assistance or indicate
specific activity.

DENSIFICATION PACKAGES
Supplies air, water and electrical current to robot
weld guns, and end effector tooling in a compact
unit/package. Commonly used in automotive,
spot welding and material handling applications.

WATER SHUT-OFF VALVE
Helps protect weld guns, circuits and assembly lines
by detecting breaks, weld tip cap loss and is not
effected by fluctuations in cooling water pressure.
Manufactured with high quality, lightweight
materials and tested in a replicated application
environment provides long-lasting, trouble-free
protection. Field proven in harsh automotive
plant applications.

INTERLOCK DISCONNECTS
Allows the mechanical interlock of powerplugs
by means of a disconnect switch so the plug cannot
be pushed in or pulled out under power. Units are
low profile and can be ordered to accommodate
a wide variety of manufacturers plug styles.

DIE SET CONTROL
Designed to accurately read die positions (from
resolvers) and automatically position the die
to its pre-programmed location.

INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER STATIONS
NEMA style floor enclosures provide protection of
a personal computer to the exposure of a harsh
working environment. Applications include: PLC &
Message Display Programming, automation control,
and all applications requiring a free standing PC.
Units can be Stationary or Mobile.

TRANSFORMER AUXILIARY POWER DISCONNECTS
are available in a wide range of configurations
and transformer sizes.

MUSIC BOARDS
Audio alert systems and components. A wide range
of audio selections and system configurations
are available. Single speaker 16 tune unit to an
8 speaker 63 tune, with or without remote I/O
controlled units. Systems can be effective
when mounted over 1000 feet apart.

PENDANTS
Hand held devices that enable the user to operate
a piece of equipment from a remote location, or to
provide input to an Andon communications system.
A wide variety of styles can be custom designed
to fit specific application requirements.

PALM BUTTON BARS
Specifically designed to provide maximum operator
performance, reliability, and comfort.
Standard bar styles or custom designed units are
available to meet the requirements of industrial
and automotive applications.

ROBOT CABLE DRESSING SYSTEMS
Components designed for routing kickless welding
cables, water and control lines. Modular design
allows cable mounting in a variety of configurations
to provide maximum robot arm movement while
minimizing cable fatigue.

STACK LIGHTS
Modular stackable lighting systems used for various
process status needs. Our stackable lighting systems
are used in automotive, robotics, machine tool,
testing controls and computer controls industries.
The lens color and type may be used in any
combination allowing for a truly custom design
solution and are available with 120 V AC or 24 V DC
LED bulbs rated at 100,000 hours.

SLIP RINGS
Provides power, control, data and air to rotary table
applications. Rotary joints are available in single
or multiple channel designs, with self-contained
bearings and modular slip ring stacks. The slip rings
are environmentally safe (mercury free) and can
carry low voltages and currents reliably.

ZERO SPEED SWITCHES
Indicates when all stamping press motion has
stopped. High quality solid state sensor and controls
provide long life and reliability. Applications
include a wide variety of press types, motor, conveyor
and other applications.
