FirstStep Facility Analysis

FirstStep is a one to two day on-site analysis of your shop, focusing in the key issues. An experienced Business Development Specialist from BASF will complete the FirstStep Analysis right at your shop, and make recommendations which will have immediate impact.

FirstStep reviews several key business control points that affect your bottom line. These can include such issues as Traffic, Sales, Scheduling, Productivity, Quality, Profitability, and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

Best Demonstrated Practices are then recommended, from a continuously expanding library of real world situations. As the name suggests, FirstStep gets you started on low-cost, high-impact changes, and prepares the employees for continued improvement of your internal processes.

Layout & Process
Management Service

Layout and Process Management (L&PM) is an in-depth, on-site consultation, focused on raising your productivity levels. We get close to your operation and your staff to identify your opportunities. We review all shop processes and provide analyses and plans to move your business to the next level.

To succeed, L&PM must be an on-going process. That's why we follow up with you on a quarterly basis for a full year, to help manage and implement recommended changes. Continuing support helps maintain momentum and promotes improvement.

$5,000 for shops using Glasurit or R-M refinish systems.
$7,500 for shops using competitive refinish systems.
