Pick up work on Sunday, October 9th 4-5 pm. Make time to help take down the show.

It is the policy of the Brighton Art Guild that all members are to participate in guild activities.

Guild dues have been paid by March of the year of the show and regular attendance of meetings is expected.

Members must register and serve four hours as a Gallery Sitter during Kaleidoscope.

Gallery Guidelines
It is important to have guidelines to present a cohesive, professional and secure presentation. It will be necessary to follow the guidelines listed below to have pieces displayed in the Kaleidoscope Show.

Entries are limited to four (4) pieces.

All 2-D work must have hanging hardware securely attaches (saw-tooth hangers will not be allowed.)

Small diptychs or triptychs will be viewed as one piece although they may not take space greater than three (3) feet in width.

3-D work may be a combination of as many as four (4) individual pieces regardless of size.

Free-standing 3-D work must be stable and secure without additional support. Personal pedestals or stands must be approved by the Take-in or Installation Committee.

All jewelry must be framed for possible hanging. Three (3) pieces may be displayed within each frame (ie. bracelet, necklace, earrings; or three bracelets). Jewelry must be secured within the frame, covered with glass or plexi-glass for security, and pieces numbered (typed). Gallery cards will reflect those numbers.

For any special display considerations, please contact Take-in or Installation Committee.
